            Delegate Manchin moves to amend the bill on page 56, Section 15, line 7, following the words “secretary shall” by inserting the word “visually”; and on page 56, Section 15, line 8, following the words “once every” by striking the word “five” and inserting in lieu thereof, the word “three”.
